OVERVIEW

Sherford is a brand new housing community built just outside of Plymouth. Three housing developers: Taylor Wimpey, Bovis Homes and Linden Homes were uniting to create Sherford, a market town built with endless possibilities.

Collaborating with another designer, Sherford went through a full brand consultation to understand the proposition, the offering and the target market for the development – it really does have something for everyone.

The process

The design has been created to focus on the key areas of the development: Housing, Sustainability, Community, Leisure and Business. Each tile representing one aspect of the offering, when the logo is in its entirety it forms Sherford but each tile can be used standalone to market each offering independently.

The identity was pitched to the consortium board for the three developers. My role was to lead and deliver the pitch that took them on a journey of our thinking process.
